I am fine with what Bears are doing. They will end up with a new safety, but if they don't believe in a guy longterm, then don't sign them. We are not going to win a championship through Free Agency, but if we do, we have a GM from the one team who has. I trust him.

QUOTE (shipps @ Mar 10, 2015 -> 03:50 PM) If they sign Rolle as reported a strong possibility that would be why they didnt go after Searcy. I would reverse that logic.

I'm sure the deal is small, and the Bears have 2 WRs currently. No biggy. Would like to take a flyer on Danario Alexander Is he available?

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Mar 10, 2015 -> 02:59 PM) Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter 51s51 seconds ago Filed to ESPN: Rams close to trading QB Sam Bradford to Philadelphia for Nick Foles and draft-pick compensation, per sources. Chip Kelly is crazy!!! I don't know money, but I am surprised the eagles need to give up any $ in that deal. For me, I'd take Foles over Bradford.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Mar 10, 2015 -> 02:57 PM) We'll see in a year or two if guys like Noah and Butler can maintain their level of play I guess. At the end of the day, you're right, this doesn't mean much because they're not winning without a semi-healthy Rose. They can either achieve what they can and get to the playoffs and lose, or they can be hurt from overplay and get to the playoffs and lose. Noah is almost 30. if in a couple of years he falls off that sounds like most centers ever.

I don't think that's fair, you could only blame me for having Alex g. lose to Kirk. I can't win all the states.

Well, I guess you have to trust Fox's judgement there, (though could just be Moore does not like Fox).

I'm guessing Williams may wait for Knighton to peg his deal.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Mar 10, 2015 -> 12:21 PM) Obviously it's not appropriate but I don't know how you can expect any better from that party. They want a war that someone else takes the blame for. This sets horrible precedent for any major foreign negotiations (such as climate change). You bring up Advise and Consent, I'm not sure writing a letter muddling the authority of the head of state to make international agreements qualifies.

I think the most interesting FA tracking today for me will be Knighton. Seems like bears are still in, this guy may be expensive though. I kind of liked the idea of Shelton, but no sure things in the draft (to even fall to you).

QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Mar 10, 2015 -> 10:16 AM) See I do because I don't think he's ever going to be an NFL starter. You need to get starters in round 3. Go look. QB's that were 24 at or around draft day. The next successful one will be the first. Especially the Bears. They have such little margin for error to build this team quickly. Would help to get more picks this draft.

Such an indictment of Emery that he had every ability to kick the can for a year with Cutler/Marshall, and locked them into long term deals for both that we had to get rid of.

I'm so embarrassed Mark Kirk was part of the letter to Iran. This is just an embarrassing day as an American. What a childish and stupid display, and that's being generous. It's really toeing the line.

QUOTE (Y2HH @ Mar 9, 2015 -> 06:55 PM) A lot of newer watches don't require this. I almost never manually wind my watch, it does it through motion, I'm sure your watch does this also. You wear a GMT or a Sub? Still quite a bit do, I think nostalgia plays quite well in that market.

QUOTE (SnB @ Mar 10, 2015 -> 07:38 AM) Last year's finale was better. I liked this season, but would have been perfectly fine if it ended w/ last season. Agreed. But this season was fine, had some moments. April/Andy were just too terrible this year though.
