I always thought that if a player didn't have high SB #'s in the minors they had no chance in the majors b/c it seems so easy when you had guys like ruddy yan getting like 80 SBs. although your insight means it's truly impossible for me to have any idea about these upcoming players because i will never see any of them until mlb, if they make it.
