i'm happy for 4 years from now, but terribly disappointed for '08.

I can't believe what has happened with the hawks. I'm so excited. I knew every player on that 94 team and loved them. I'm back, when i get home for winter break I'm gonna try and make as many games as I can. Bravo Rocky.

Me too, i might be getting my hopes up too much. Having a long term CF and RF for a couple years can give us some time to build up our OF prospects again. Also, has there been any said rumors about us looking into shannon stewart or is it just us looking for a good fit?

Well, I have to say that would be a nice way to end a day I've felt down on. But I don't see the timing. I don't really see why torii wouldn't continue to wait. I feel like he can only serve to gain money if the other CFs sign first. But perhaps I guess that is unlikely if they are seen as contingency guys *If we don't sign torii we go for ...*

it looks better for ISU if MU or KU take it. nonetheless don't expect our offense to slow down anytime soon. We got Blaine gabbert away from NU a couple week's ago, he's a 5 star QB, so once chase leaves, gabbert takes over. And Maclin is only a frosh.

I don't think I know a single MU football fan rooting for KU to lose this one. We all want to beat kansas next week undefeated. BTW, Maclin is ridiculous. So are our TE's, it seems like a different one each game decides to take the spot light.

I'm not saying Mizzou is the best in the country and can beat LSU, what I want to get across is 1. if we beat both KU and OU I think we should be in the national championship. and 2. That if we do face LSU, I don't think we'd lose by >3 TDs. Our offense is a well oiled machine. And a spread offense is hard to stop in general, but add to that a great QB, WR (maybe 2 great WR's if you give me will franklin) and the two best TE's in the nation (they are incredible), and I think you at least have an exciting game.

I was shocked how fast arrowhead sold out. When I first heard that, I thought they meant the MU alloted student tickets or something... nonetheless, see you there! BIG XII will be #2,#3,#4 this weekend. That's incredible!

Jimbo, best of luck this weekend. It would absolutely suck if either of us got upset by garbage ass teams. Kstate has a lot to play for in this game, respect after the thumping in NU, senior day, last home game, playing a top 5 team...yikes. BUT, this MU-KU game is gonna be absolutely epic. What a great addition to such an intense historical rivalry. I think it will be one of the best games I'll ever get to see. Are you going?
