  1. QUOTE (Brian @ Jul 26, 2014 -> 04:49 PM) Swing yes but I could argue Heyman didn't help much. Always talked about Brock. There was no direction for him with Heyman, it was bad. They should turn him face and give him the swing back, he'll get over again quick enough.
  2. Jose grabbed his hammy there.

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jul 25, 2014 -> 10:16 PM) Drunk History is an incredible show Always thought it was a fun idea, haven't seen it yet though.
  4. QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ Jul 25, 2014 -> 04:47 PM) Yea, sarcasm aside, for most athletes (non NFL edition) losing weight is only going to help. An extra weight you're carrying around as you approach 30 isn't good weight. Just ask CC Sabathia what it did to his knees. When I saw him in spring Jose looked a lot like Miguel Cabrera in that NFL guard sorta way. Yea they are incredibly strong but they are also carrying an extra 5-10% body fat and that translates to an extra 10-30lbs. I'd guess that Jose came into came around 18% body fat and he's probably now down to around 12%, you can notice it in his face especially. If he can get down to 8% it should prolong his career at 1st base by a couple years. Nobody is going to mistake Konerko for Usain Bolt but he has kept any extra weight off and that has undoubtedly helped him extend his career relatively injury free. Jose would do well to follow that. No way he's at 12 percent body fat.
  5. QUOTE (Brian @ Jul 25, 2014 -> 07:45 PM) Was it Emma? Ha was waiting for that joke. They actually had a press conference for it: No Yes lock, he took the dude with a rear naked choke.
  6. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Jul 25, 2014 -> 06:23 PM) Not speaking English really hurt Mistico (Sin Cara).........Glad to see he knows some. He also botched every move he did.
  7. Speaking of Bryan, don't f*** with his s***: http://www.cagesideseats.com/wwe/2014/7/25...ed-down-suspect
  8. QUOTE (scs787 @ Jul 25, 2014 -> 02:19 PM) Really wanna see a Beadle/Smith debate. It'd be incredible. I like Beadle cause she seems like a fun person and likes wrestling and all that stuff but I don't think she's the most intelligent person in the world. I don't think she'd be the best debater out there.
  9. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jul 25, 2014 -> 01:23 PM) He is provoking me to beat some sense into him with statements like that. Should I drive you to the airport?
  10. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Jul 25, 2014 -> 11:46 AM) So no, not a classic situation. And you have zero idea what would happen in a wild card game or round. Baseball is so random, it's all about just getting to the playoffs as many times as possible to keep getting a spin of the roulette wheel. Unless you're the A's then you just keep losing.
  11. Hey guys, Carmelo didn't stay in NY cause of the money: http://espn.go.com/new-york/nba/story/_/id...new-york-knicks
  12. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Jul 24, 2014 -> 08:35 AM) What is it with you and weird things happening to your head? You had a sty in your eye and now you have giant gunk balls falling out of your earholes. Hence the name Heads.
  13. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jul 24, 2014 -> 07:41 PM) If he is having issues with feeling in his arm and fingers after neck surgery, there is a very real possibility that eventually he will exit like Edge did. I had a buddy make that comparison to me this week. It never even crossed my mind before, man that would suck.
  14. I don't care how old the dude is, I want to see him in a WWE ring once. Sting-Undertaker is passed its peak obviously but I just want to see what the WWE production team could put together for a video package there.
  15. QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Jul 24, 2014 -> 12:54 PM) He's also a pretty similar player now to when he came into the league. There's literally no reason to believe he'll ever be much better than last year. I like Taj but he definitely has the back up quarterback syndrome going for him. Everyone hated Boozer so damn much that Gibson became extremely popular among Bulls fans.
  16. We're still the Bulls so I'm still at there's a 0 percent chance this happens.
  17. At this point you'd be trading 3 bench players for a top 10 player in the league. It's a simplistic way to look at it but it also makes you realize how much of a no brainer it really is.
  18. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jul 23, 2014 -> 08:33 PM) PG- Rose SG- Martin SF- Butler PF- Love C- Noah Bench: Gasol, Dunleavy, Brooks, Snell Butler and Noah can carry us defensively and that team ain't losing a game in the east. Are we just assuming Martin comes with Love? I love that possibility but more or less wondering where it's coming from...
  19. QUOTE (Brian @ Jul 23, 2014 -> 03:32 PM) I enjoyed Purge 2. /runs and hides I actually really liked the first one and have been looking forward to this one.

Not that she has a chance to win the game or anything but I just want Jocasta to go away, she annoys the s*** out of me.
  21. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Jul 23, 2014 -> 03:50 PM) Announcing he actually has two knees would be more interesting. Poor guy.
  22. I definitely thought his 2012 was a fluke after that season but then his stuff seemingly got better and he just kept getting better. As others have said, it's beyond awesome to have him and Sale locked up at below market level deals.
  23. QUOTE (bmags @ Jul 23, 2014 -> 12:49 PM) You know how many top ten players there are in the NBA? I think I know this answer but I'm not sure.
  24. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jul 23, 2014 -> 12:20 PM) But god dammit I'm driving the hype train anyways. I want to bolieve. As I've told Brian before, the Bulls acquiring a superstar is the only thing Bolieving can't accomplish.
  25. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Jul 23, 2014 -> 12:16 PM) This still seems like the Bulls are being used to come in 2nd place again. Absolutely no doubt.
