I've never had depression issues so I don't know what you're going through but I have been over weight before and it's amazing what getting in shape will do for you mentally. So rewarding.

I'm certainly not Indiana's biggest fan but their defense has actually been pretty good so far this year. Like I've said before, they're definitely in the top tier of teams but they're not above it.
