QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jun 13, 2012 -> 02:39 PM) Bye Bye Berto Center Good, I love how the residents of deerfield are upset they arent going to see Bulls players around practice. Guess what, its the Chicago Bulls not the north shore Bulls.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Jun 13, 2012 -> 02:27 PM) It doesnt matter to me. I dont even look at College degree on resumes, so for all I know they could have put down clown college. I just care what school they went to, if its Madison then obviously they know where to get the good dank ass weed. fixed

I went to college for p****, booze and drugs, not to challenge myself. Honestly didnt care what classes I took. business degrees are just the first step towards an MBA. Most of us are doing things in life that are totally unrelated to our degrees.

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jun 13, 2012 -> 12:41 PM) I was totally kidding. When the wife and I cleaned up our eating habits and got in insane shape, we turned to making dinner all the time. Sure, the grocery bill goes up, but not eating at restaurants much at all saves so much f***ing money. Yes, yes it does. I eat out at least 3 nights a week and our bills are anywhere from 20-100 per meal. It adds up.

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jun 13, 2012 -> 11:43 AM) I'm glad I got over Bulls anger and am able to enjoy this Finals. Last night's game was a blast. It really was, the bar was crazy.

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Jun 13, 2012 -> 11:07 AM) My suit when I got it on sale costs only slightly more than his polo. It would take a trained eye to know the difference between that if its nicely tailored and a 1000 suit. I get mine custom made so the fit and custom touches are the tell tale sign, but nobody would probably be able to tell that unless you are into suits. However mine dont have freaking fishing lures all over it.

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jun 13, 2012 -> 10:29 AM) Wow. I am in the wrong business. Great example of no matter how much something costs, it still sucks. "But wait its a LaCoste!" Yeah, its still ugly and you got ripped the f*** off.

It should say best whoring. River north and Wrigleyville are stocked like a trout pond with jersey chasing whores.

The devils like to party: http://deadspin.com/5918042/the-devils-had...eir-game-6-loss Is it wrong to party after losing the stanley cup finals? If you are wearing a suit and cannot walk because you are dunk is that more acceptable? Those are some serious grade A LA trashbags they take into their party bus, hope your wives arent reading the internet. Wonder if they choked any of them.

QUOTE (docsox24 @ Jun 11, 2012 -> 11:02 AM) I thought she had an even better nude scene in Lost and Delirious where she goes girl on girl with Piper Perabo This is kind of offtopic but I just found a 2 min nude scene of Autumn Reeser, yowza.

Thats pretty f***ed up. His jersey was being used as payment or enticement for rape.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jun 13, 2012 -> 09:02 AM) I know that was bizarre, but at the same time Casey Anthony's attorney did some really bizarre things too and he ended up getting her out of jail. Not so sure the same thing will be happening with Sandusky Too many witnesses with much better stories than he though as well as pretty clear cut evidence. I think the defense was going to try and nit pick details out of their stories to disprove them but the evidence at least supports the overall relationship which validates their accounts.

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Jun 13, 2012 -> 03:59 AM) Flair is ok, I own a white suit that I wear with either a red, purple, or green shirt. Meanwhile, Westbrook looks like Urkel's bastard child with the designer of Crocs shoes. Yeah and Rose has a custom made 2 button sport coat and pants there with some nice touches including an english collar and some great stitching around the lapel buttons. Not exactly MJ's giant baggy 3 button suits, they are very different. Of course some people just lump all suits together. As far as their games, Westbrook is a terrible ballhog at times when he isnt the best offensive option on his team, Rose takes control in a game because he is by far the best offensive option on the floor.

QUOTE (Swingandalongonetoleft @ Jun 12, 2012 -> 11:47 PM) I'm 25, and when I was a sophomore in HS our Spanish class took a trip to a place called Tango Sur. It was the first and only time I've ever had empanadas, and years later I can vividly recall the taste every so often- completely out of the blue. It's like my tastebuds are having a flashback, and it's beautiful. Tango Sur Cash only, not res's and AWESOME. Great place.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jun 12, 2012 -> 06:19 PM) Is the 15% you save specifically for retirement or for other purposes as well? I would think 25% would put you in a pretty sweet spot when you retire. Personally I put 15% in my 401K (as does the wife and then get a little bit more as a result of the Company match). As a whole, we live off of one income with the rest going into savings. Additionally, I've been banking my last couple raises/bonuses vs. increasing my spending costs, which has been pretty sweet. Would love to be super aggressive saving when I'm young, since if I've never seen the money or gotten used to having it in my paycheck, then in theory, I won't really be missing it. I put roughly half of it for retirement cash and the other half in a "staging" savings account for emergencies etc that I can touch, the other half I cannot access readily.

Yeah what type of food? Anyone who is on their way to a Cubs game via a car NEEDS to check out Glen's Diner, its not actually a diner persay but a ridiculous seafood restaurant, its on montrose. You should go there anyway some time. http://www.yelp.com/biz/glenns-diner-chica...diner%20seafood The last couple of nights I've gone to Au Cheval and Gilt Bar (same owners). Au Cheval on Randolph was UNREAL, great drinks, great food, cool atmosphere. Of course you pay for it a little bit.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jun 12, 2012 -> 04:49 PM) Here's a question (maybe personal) but what does everyone think is the right amount to set aside for retirement. 10%, 15%, 25%? Curious to see. I've seen my father's retirement account halve with the economy so I save about 15% in cash and 10% in 401k

Ive never waited for an apple product so im not sure whats the point about there being a shortage? I would say most electronics appear to be hard to get like the PS3 etc, its not really an Apple thing.

QUOTE (Y2HH @ Jun 12, 2012 -> 02:16 PM) I prefer my Jeep's built in NAV to Google's maps, because my Jeep's nav works no matter where I am, and Google's requires Internet access...I know they've done work to improve that on Android via caching, but again, they let their IOS app fall behind, so I'm glad Apple is dumping them. If I do have Internet access I love Google maps, but sometimes that's not reliable. Do you have Garmin in your jeep? I f***ing hate it. I miss my infiniti's entire electronics stack

QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Jun 12, 2012 -> 02:12 PM) http://finance.yahoo.com/news/verizon-ditc...-120639203.html Um, so it's just as expensive to have 2 devices on 2gb/mth individual data plans as it is to have them on a 2gb/mth "share everything" plans, at least have a bit of savings if you're going to halve the data limit!! I will say, I have NEVER gone over 2 gigs with 2 phones, not even close.

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jun 12, 2012 -> 02:06 PM) I travel often for work and I now live in a new state. It's a critical app for me. I got the mapquest nav app awhile back and its great, I believe it was like a buck
-
QUOTE (Y2HH @ Jun 12, 2012 -> 02:06 PM) Same as their current mapping app, Google Maps. Ah, I would leverage that if I was them. Mapping is something i think should be standardized.
