  1. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Feb 22, 2011 -> 02:19 PM) The approaches are also very different at MDW. They descend very quickly as opposed to most other airports, and they can also involve hard banking maneuvers during those landings. Offhand so does John Wayne, Aspen, SFO, Reagan
  2. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Feb 22, 2011 -> 01:43 PM) This is what my stereo and inside of the car looks like.... http://carreviewsandnews.com/images/2004mi...ishigalant6.jpg Oh, now you made it more interesting, are you contemplating doing a Double-DIN? You have the room for it. Looks pretty easy any way you go. Unclip the dash piece and you will have full access to pull that thing out.
  3. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Feb 22, 2011 -> 01:36 PM) I do not own an ipod, so that's no issue for me. classic pull-out type in the traditional rectangle box-looking slot. And something interesting of note, I looked up the stereo I want to buy on Crutchfield, and they say it's been discontinued and they don't sell it. That's kind of interesting to me since you can still buy it on JVC's website and it's a pretty new model of theirs. If it has a clean area to install the new cage, I wouldnt bother with crutchfield as its a little more expensive than other places. I've done a bunch of installs back in the day myself and they are fairly easy to complete on your own.
  4. Is your stock stereo integrated into anything or is it a classic pull-out type of head unit?
  5. QUOTE (tonyho7476 @ Feb 22, 2011 -> 12:21 PM) My two cents...a lot of air traffic controllers would tell you that Midway is not safe. That being said, its still an airport that is used. Personally, I stick with O'hare, even though I live closer to Midway. Why is that? I know its one of the shortest commercial runways in america, but I always prefer it because its easier to navigate.
  6. I hope they focus on a solid base of long toss before he cranks it up on the mound.
  7. PLayed alot of Conflict:Global Terror this past weekend. I really wish they would come out with another 4 player co-op game.
  8. Definitely stay somewhere close to the redline. If you priceline hotels in the loop or river north, you'll be fine and get a cheap rate.
  9. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Feb 22, 2011 -> 07:30 AM) Anyone have tips for preventing arthritic joints from getting worse? Yoga and aleve?
  10. QUOTE (DBAHO @ Feb 22, 2011 -> 12:48 AM) I'm too lazy to join a gym, so I'll do my 50 push ups in the morning, 50 push ups at night, work on my biceps with some dumbells (squats and normal extensions) and do the plank for bout 2 to 3 mins, and that's my routine. I would suggest changing up those exercises a few time a week. For example, change the regular pushups into 4 sets of 25 different pushups. (military, wide, decline etc). Also incorporate some lunges and squats into the workout for lower body conditioning and to increase your heart rate. You can modify your plank as well, doing plan gets ups (hand, hand, elbow elbow repeat) or bring some leg movements into it.
  11. He's partially right, no reason players should be making that much money. Of course, they have to because there are owners willing to spend that cash.
  12. Well in the interest of getting some more traffic to this thread and perhaps getting a pinned one, I'll write a 30 and 60 min workout of the month based on some of the feedback above.
  13. QUOTE (SnB @ Feb 18, 2011 -> 01:15 PM) pequod's (in lincoln park) is a revelation. Carmelized crust.....yes Ah s*** I forgot to put that on my list. I also like Aurelios, but only sometimes. Their sauce can get quite sweet.
  14. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Feb 18, 2011 -> 11:46 AM) Salernos is amazing. Have you throw giardiniera on the pizza yet? It kicks it up a notch.
  15. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Feb 18, 2011 -> 11:51 AM) Ugh. thin crust is disgusting. You dont like the super crispy thin crust once in awhile? Coalfire does the Neapolitan type of pizza, its pretty good.
  16. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Feb 18, 2011 -> 10:23 AM) The normal price for a PS3 slim is a steal already. Absolutely, you are getting the best gaming system and also the top blu-ray player on the market.
  17. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Feb 18, 2011 -> 10:08 AM) That game was the ultimate entertainment last night. The Bulls handled the Spurs without our starting center playing. Oh, and f*** Bethlehem Shoals. It seems all D-Rose has to do is read an idiotic piece and then go out and show said f***tard that he means business. I will say I was very impressed with some of Asik's work last night as a backup. Played hard and aggressive with a few blocks and rebounds.
  18. QUOTE (The Critic @ Feb 18, 2011 -> 09:43 AM) I would. Giordano's is my favorite deep-dish now. Lou Malnati's did something to their recipe and I don't like it much at all anymore. Most local places make the sauce too sweet in the deep-dish. Sweeter sauce is fine for thin-crust but it's nasty in a deep-dish. Giordanos did something to their sauce a few years ago adding cinnamon or something of the like and now its not as good IMO. It doesnt make my top 5 pizza places. Lou's doesnt really use sauce, they use chunky tomatoes and they've been the same supplier since the 70's. My top 5 pizzas in no particular order: 1. Salernos 2. Mrs T's 3. Lou's 4. Art of Pizza 5. Coalfire (for super thin crust)
  19. Meh, wouldnt miss it if it was gone really.
  20. Rose just worked Tony Parker. Parker got half his points on CJ Watson.
  21. Ever since I did that, I've had no issues with being booted and am still using the same router. I've had 3 laptops, 3 cell phones, a printer, and my PS3 all hooked to the Internet at once with no issue. You gotta love wireless. Think if we had to run Cat-5 all over the house. I've got 2 smart phones, 3 laptops, iMac, iPad, 2 iPods, PS3, and a printer all using my router right now. Such a great invention.
  22. Hunting animals with a legit license is legal in the US Dog fighting is illegal. all the rest of your post is legal pandering from a defense lawyer.
  23. QUOTE (Chet Kincaid @ Feb 17, 2011 -> 04:23 PM) I'll be glad when he takes his ass back to Missouri. Go pitch for the Cardinals. FMB. Not me, one of the best White Sox of all time.
  24. QUOTE (Kalapse @ Feb 17, 2011 -> 04:05 PM) This should clarify things a bit: @jonmorosi Jon Morosi #MLB doesn’t have a conduct policy that stipulates discipline for players charged with crimes. Don’t expect a suspension w Cabrera. #Tigers 35 minutes ago via web You can murder someone and still play baseball, but dont take that banned supplement.
