It's crazy that only 3 players in the lineup even had at bats with the team last year. With as bad as the offense was I guess that's a good thing.

Bama doc is correct. The issue will be what is reported as strain. The definition of strain is that it's muscle related. The definition of sprain is that it's ligament related. People frequently use them interchangeably. The muscle injury will rehab faster than ligament. Grade 1 is the least severe if any injury involving 25% or less of the structural fibers.
