The goal is to win baseball games and make the playoffs. If nobody does anything this laid back attitude in the front office is never gonna change. Thank you Sale for trying to change the losing culture that exists in the Sox organization, maybe do it in a little different way next time though. Not on days where promotional jerseys are worn and scheduled before the season started.
