  1. Anyone's D would look good against Browns, Seahawks, Colts and Denver.
  2. QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Nov 4, 2011 -> 01:34 PM) Amazingly dumb. Especially when you consider the second comment. Even if he got that game the day he won the bid it would been stupid. It would be awesome if he got it after it came out. Fail.
  3. I was pretty shocked that the Bengals were 5-2. Than I saw who they beat. They still haven't played Pitt or Balt. Good luck in the second half Andy Dalton!

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Nov 4, 2011 -> 09:54 AM) The only thing was that Nick Frost was hardly in it. He was the only reason I saw it, as I loved Shaun Of The Dead and Hot Fuzz so much that I'll see anything with either of those actors in it. I've yet to be disappointed. Yeah they should of had him in it more. He was good in the small parts he was in.

Attack the Block was excellent. Really liked that movie.
  6. QUOTE (bmags @ Nov 3, 2011 -> 03:33 PM) I found sim city incredibly boring as a kid. Who wants to lay down infrastructure for 4 hours? I would always get mad at my city and attack it with natural disasters.
  7. Did I miss something with Campbell? Did he say something about the Hawks?

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Nov 1, 2011 -> 11:23 AM) Watched inside: Halloween last night and then watched Halloween itself. f*** I love that movie but I also didnt realize they wrapped filming on that movie in 21 days. Daymn. Yeah I watched that last night. Pretty good special.
  10. His throwing motion has always been odd, but now the ball seems to float on him more.

    Small cars...

    I love my small car. I feel like i'm driving a go-kart.
  12. Something has to be wrong with Rivers. He has been so good the last three years and now he looks like a different player. I wonder if he has a injury, but it is something he can play with. Maybe it's bothering him mentally.
  13. Kyle Boller is in his 8th season. That is pretty remarkable. Considering how bad he is at football
  14. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Oct 31, 2011 -> 01:37 PM) Come on. Why else "hate" someone you've never met? He's religious, he shows it and he doesn't apologize for it. Might not be the total explanation, but it's a big part. The abortion ad certainly didn't help. I think it's the opposite. The people that really like him, only do so because he's religious. There really is no other reason to be chanting his name like that. He has a cult. I don't hate him. I'm just sick of hearing about a below average football player. He's had three times as many articles written on him than Aaron Rodgers. A qb who may break a ton of records this year.
  15. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Oct 31, 2011 -> 01:03 PM) I think we were at that point before he started. There have been plenty of "omg are you serious? are they really starting him" players in the NFL, and none have gotten the criticism Tebow gets/got. It all comes down to him being a "controversial" (he's religious! stone him!) figure. I think Tebow is going to be a guy like Orton. He's gonna manage the game and in the right situation he'll makes some plays and help guide a team to some wins. He'll play for 6-8 years, make his millions and then move on with his life. Yes we all hate him because he likes Jesus.
  16. QUOTE (iamshack @ Oct 31, 2011 -> 12:16 PM) Wasn't the issue with Rodgers simply about the Tedford mechanics? I read that excerpt earlier which pointed out he had the high release prior to even going to Cal, but weren't the concerns all about the Tedford mechanics and the NFL coaches not believing in them? He held the ball high up close to his helmet. Looking back on it, that is a really dumb reason to not draft a QB.
  17. QUOTE (God Loves The Infantry @ Oct 30, 2011 -> 09:48 AM) Pre-Marx Marxist.
  18. Tebow has some of the worst accuracy i've ever seen. He misses open WR by 10 yards. He will be out of the league in a couple of years. If his name was Bill Smith and was taken in the 5th round, he would been cut and out of football.
  19. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 31, 2011 -> 09:25 AM) that was a hideous loss for them. if they were a college team that would have killed them in the bcs standings, lol Brees now has 34 picks in his last 24 games. I still think he is one of the best, but he's turning a little bit into Brett Favre.
  20. One week I think the Saints are right there with the Packers and then they lose to the Rams.
  21. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 31, 2011 -> 08:34 AM) Balta, this is exactly what I said in my first post: That is not referring to his career, that is referring to his first season starting, and my second above quote shows that I was referring to his first year. That is not an Alex Smith career indictment right there. He very well may have struggled out of the gate, but personally I think Rodgers would have figured his s*** out a hell of a lot quicker than Alex Smith has done, particularly because Green Bay surrounded him with players that will help him achieve the success he currently is enjoying. Rodgers would have struggled had he started day one, but I think only for a year. His first year in the NFL during training camp and preseason he looked a little lost. The next year he looked ten times better.
  22. QUOTE (cws0591 @ Oct 28, 2011 -> 01:24 PM) Hamilton was one bad-ass mother. Not so much when it came to a duel.
  23. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Oct 28, 2011 -> 12:45 PM) I watched a special about a group that went into NK under the guise of offering free dental care to people, and snuck cameras in. It was just amazing to watch and listen to the people, even if their own homes as to how dedicated they were to Il. They even said prayers to him at meals. It was like watching the worlds biggest cult in action. Yeah I saw that. It's really crazy. It's a total authoritarian nightmare.
