His swing looks like shit and the hitch is back. TLR resting him so much this year was probably smart but he still has hit the wall. To be expected really but still disappointing. You just keep trotting him out there however until the playoffs and hope he turns it around some.

Oakland is def in a funk and last night hitting a bunch of balls 340 feet off Lambert prolly just added to their frustration. As Hawk says don't ask me who you play, ask me when you play'em. That whole clubhouse was a clusterfuck. There were rumblings about it for years and it all seemed to really break that season. I don't really think good chemistry matters or if it does it's mostly all a product of winning, but if you have a mediocre club with bad chemistry that doesn't like each other you're not going to play up to even mediocrity more often than not.
