Jason's call of Eloy's homer is quite homoerotic.

Sox vs Nats - 6/11/19 7:10pm
I always associate that scouting grade with a .300 or higher ISO. At any given time there are about a dozen or less guys in MLB capable of that. Not bad. Even fewer are able to couple it with a high average. Eloy is going to put up so many 290/350/600 seasons.

I think he got the barrel on that one.

It's not, and I will delete it. He has two of the 14 longest, which doesn't sound nearly as cool.
-
Sox vs Nats - 6/11/19 7:10pm
Instead of scouts saying "light tower power" they just need to insert a picture of Eloy in their report.

we're winning? I Parkman'd out of this one. Go Sox.

Rumor: Cease will be called up "very soon"
PNoles is a ND grad that has a David Cameron esque manner about him without any of the actual experience or expertise. He also has the deplorable habit of retweeting himself.

New Sox Podcast on The Athletic
I worked in radio briefly during college. Learned to do basic stuff like "normalizing" the audio, splicing, level adjustments and stuff like that. It's amazing how many "professional" podcasts don't do that stuff. The normalizing is important as it prevents large differences in volume between different inputs. We used a program called "cool edit pro" and it would take about 5 minutes to do all that for a 30 minute segment, at most.
