QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Nov 4, 2012 -> 05:31 PM) Giants are getting some Notre Dame-esque calls in this game H8r

http://m.espn.go.com/nfl/story?storyId=8592214 If Payton goes to Dallas as a result of this bounty scandal, I would say Goodell completely f***ed up the handling of it. That's really messed up

Trap game my ass

We are approaching Ludicrous speed!

Redskins have nice poop brown helmets

I really thought if any player would be able to ignore the Madden curse, it would be CJ. Obviously I was wrong

QUOTE (oldsox @ Nov 4, 2012 -> 10:54 AM) Sox need hitters more than anything. Speed would not hurt. If the team we have now is the team we will have next summer, it will be one of the worst offensive teams in the majors. The offseason is two weeks old, quit crying

QUOTE (knightni @ Nov 3, 2012 -> 10:40 PM) They play @ Boston College next week. Hater

LSU Alabama just turned up a notch

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Nov 3, 2012 -> 07:31 PM) Man With the Iron Fists = C That's the best rating I have seen yet. Lots of critics panning it

I love the movie "life stinks" The world needs another Mel Brooks movie

QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Nov 3, 2012 -> 05:38 PM) MLBTR is reporting that Brandon McCarthy has drawn immediate interest from the White Sox. If that is the case, there are multiple SPs on the block right now

so the technical difficulties throughout the game last night were fun

QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Nov 2, 2012 -> 03:58 PM) What is this "qualifying offer" stuff. Why have I never heard of this before? Not sure why you haven't heard of it, it's been going on for a long time. It used to be for the draft pick, but that has been changed somewhat with the recent CBA

Steve's first bunch of pics "appreciate the man" Steve's second bunch of pics "tar and feather this man!" Lol

Closer to Balco, makes sense

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Oct 30, 2012 -> 04:42 PM) Im not a super star wars fanboy like some (ive never read the books), but its just going down a bad path to do 7,8 and 9. The entire Star Wars universe in 1-6 was built around the Emperor and Darth Vader. They are gone. Now sure, you can write a story, where out of no where another powerful force comes to fight the Jedi, but then again, you need to at minimum have the story arc of the Jedi temple being rebuilt etc, as currently there is only 1 trained Jedi (Luke). So what is the story for 7. It should be Luke rebuilding the Jedi and the Universe recovering from Sith control. Now you could put episode 7 hundreds of years in the future, but why call it episode 7 then? If you are saying its 7, that means its a continuation of the current story arc. And given that the 2 main antagonists are dead, its just silly. Otherwise you get the fun story arc that there was secretly a more powerful sith than the Emperor and Vader, who really was the the one that Luke needed to defeat, but he was just chilling during the first 6 episodes. As I said, itd make a lot more sense to do a non-related story line and not have it reference episode 1-6. it is looking like a fresh story arc, so you can stop your super star wars fanboy worry wartin' now

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Nov 2, 2012 -> 11:31 AM) My favorite line was, "I HAVE A CAGE!" he cant read this lol

QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Nov 1, 2012 -> 12:33 PM) Does anyone think the Sox will sniff around Ichiro again? What about a guy like Grady Sizemore? Sizemore has been destroyed by injuries, but if he didn't cost anything, Id consider taking a shot. Sizemore probably wont cost anything for anyone. Probably looking at a minor league deal wherever he wants to accept

QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ Nov 1, 2012 -> 09:11 PM) A step in the right direction. Last year they lost to a D2 school. Starting off badly. Both Dantiel Daniels and Davante Drinkard are injured for the foreseeable future. Gonna be a small team for at least the next 5 weeks, they just added a walkon forward from John A Logan because they couldnt even play 5 on 5 in practice
