after oakland and kc, if the bears think they still have a shot then unfortunately McNabb probably needs to be signed. Hanie just doesnt have it, even the manager/placeholder mentality is not there -

QUOTE (DukeNukeEm @ Dec 4, 2011 -> 02:14 PM) The throw was way short, Knox had his man beat if the ball would've just been thrown in stride. im not saying hanies throw was good, it was dreadful. knox has to recognize the ball is underthrown and make sure that ball isnt intercepted. as always, he didnt, and it was. good lord throw enderle in. this is awful -

QUOTE (DukeNukeEm @ Dec 4, 2011 -> 02:11 PM) That was not Knox's fault. Hanie's throw was s***. stop defending him. wilcots was right he made no play on the ball. very common for knox -

QUOTE (WilliamTell @ Dec 4, 2011 -> 01:35 PM) lol this is the Chiefs we're talking about. That's probably all they'll score. Maybe a random field goal in the 2nd half. On the other hand, Caleb Hanie..... Hanies master plan to get the bears to turn to McNabb is impressive to say the least -

QUOTE (DukeNukeEm @ Dec 4, 2011 -> 01:37 PM) Martz supposedly will either be fired or not have his contract extended. Kinda weird timing for this news to break. He wont have his contract extended after this year to pursue HC opportunities. He wont be fired -

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Dec 4, 2011 -> 12:40 PM) Peppers is hurt? i have a feeling the turf monster isnt done yet. not by a long shot. but hey, who needs artificial turf when you can replace it on the morning of a game! -

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Dec 4, 2011 -> 12:36 PM) Hester has to catch the ball. If its a FC, fine, but he lets too many hit the turf and bounce deep into Bears' territory. He'll probably run one back later and all will be forgiven. Hanie has started far too many drives behind the 10 yard line because of Hesters decisions. Cutler too -

the combination of Hanie and Hesters inexplicable return slump have given the bears hideous field position in the past 2 games. -

QUOTE (iamshack @ Dec 4, 2011 -> 11:19 AM) I have no idea why they aren't just starting him...My guess is the last series of the first half. i think palko is replaced after his first turnover -
QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Dec 4, 2011 -> 11:09 AM) QUOTE A change in plans forced cancellation of general manager Ken Williams' conference call Saturday with reporters. Driving up prices? Change of plans? Reading comments here and on various sites I think maybe the change of plans could be that the company car wouldn't start as it needed a new engine- a complete overhaul- and the team is so broke It couldn't even afford to rotate the tires or change the oil now everything must be replaced. KW just couldn't make it as he is looking to hock off spare parts to fix up the old jalopy. what is this crap? you are the one telling us we need to keep the car because the front right cv joint was recently replaced, and the rear passenger side tire is kind of new, and the steering wheel isnt so bad.

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Dec 3, 2011 -> 10:59 AM) Looks pretty decent, but it kind of goes against the fact that was discussed here a while back that wolves really don't kill humans. So, I have to imagine that wolves hunting an entire group of people is kind of out there. Either way I have to ask again, when exactly did Liam Neeson become an action star. Star Wars Episode 1. Unless you consider Rob Roy an action movie, but it is more of a historical piece. He does have a few movies before episode 1 that kind of straddle the line

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 3, 2011 -> 11:14 AM) For once, I kinda understand Boeheim here...if someone made that kind of allegation against a guy you've worked with and been friends with for decades, you're going to have a rapid, emotional response, and then if the case starts building there's going to be an "oh sh*t" moment every few days. If this was the second statement, I would understand. But this is his third attempt at sounding like a sympathetic human being, and I still think it looks like someone typed it up for him

http://www.cnn.com/2011/12/03/justice/syra....html?hpt=hp_t3 Isnt that nice, Boeheim gets to clarify his statement a third time, and apologize for really realz now

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Dec 2, 2011 -> 08:35 PM) I guess I'm used to camels, but that thing looks like it's the runt of a pack or something. lol, they just look like a bunch of cast away horse parts slapped together

QUOTE (Greyone @ Dec 3, 2011 -> 04:06 AM) Because it has been rumored that Howard wants nothing to do with Chicago. Makes no sense chasing somebody that doesn't want to play here. where did you hear that?

QUOTE (iamshack @ Dec 2, 2011 -> 10:35 PM) You don't think it has more to do with Jahvid Best getting hurt? it has definitely hurt, but look at the Packers game. that is their season in a nutshell. They were hanging with the Packers for the first half, controlling the ball, moving the ball. Stupid penalties and turnovers jump up and bite them, and all the sudden Suh pulls his little stunt. They have no poise, they do not deal with adversity well at all. When things dont go their way they try and hurt people(Fairley driving Cutler into the ground, Stafford throwing DJ Moore by his helmet). They should have been able to get past losing Jahvid Best. A team with a prolific passing attack like they were showing during the 5-0 start should have been able to plug in another back and continued on, but they didnt.
