DNA shows Birkhead father of Smith baby
QUOTE(Brian @ Apr 10, 2007 -> 08:02 PM) I kinda of feel bad for Stern. He has lost everyone around him in the last 8 months. Has to be hard. Hopefully this saga will go away now. Kind of hard to say he lost Danielynn, seeing as she was never his to begin with. Which leads me to this point, never sign your name to a birth certificate if you didnt cause the birth. And this saga wont go away for a while. We have TV movies, tell-all books, ET exclusives, the matter of who gets the billionaire inheritance. Unfortunately, this one is gonna be stuck in our craw for quite some time.

Official "Squared Circle" Thread
So the backlash Raw Main event is going to be a Texas 4 way, first pin wins match? I cannot imagine a more creative way to get Cena/Orton/Edge/Michaels in the ring together /green. The WWE needs a heel turn that is going to surprise everyone. They need something crazy to happen besides a McMahon getting shaved

This is a foregone conclusion, Shane O Mac is gonna be bald just like his dad. I think they are trying to build some sort of momentum for Lashley through this McMahon feud.

Jaws the Movie
I think there is a definite comparison between Alien/Aliens and Jaws/The-rest-of-the-Jaws-piece-of-craps-they-threw-at-us in regards to Horror and Scary Suspense/action. Both of the first movies werent necassarily about the appearance and scariness of the creature, they were about the suspense of knowing its somewhere out of sight doing awful things. The sequel movies concentrated on crazy deaths and gore, and were more horror to me. I dont know, its a fun question though. Me and some buddies from work have had similar discussions and bets as of late. Lately they have been involving battles between stars from 80's cartoons and who would win. You would be amazed at how many people have butted in and offered their own scenarios, its hilarious.

Entourage
QUOTE(Brian @ Apr 9, 2007 -> 08:40 AM) I don't think Ari has Median. He just said he heard Del Toro is falling out of love with it and may come available. Do we see a Benicio cameo? Carla Gugino looked very tasty. I still cannot get her scene from Sin City out of my head. Her body was 100 percent perfect.

Johnny Hart, B.C. and Wizard Of Id creator dies.
QUOTE(Steve9347 @ Apr 9, 2007 -> 08:24 AM) RIP, but both of those comics were lame... If you dont have anything nice to say, leave it at RIP. Those comics were enjoyed by millions over the years, its a damn shame that he has passed. There is going to be a huge void in the comic strips(even if they attempt to keep it going with another artist) that will unfortunately be filled by a cookie cutter comic with no originality. This is close to losing Bill Watterson's "Calvin and Hobbes" genius for me, although not quite that bad.

Entourage
Ari was on his game last night. Im wondering if he really has Median, Im thinking that he does, but I dont know how he got it. Gugino is acting kind of desperate and quashing the idea of Median every time Vince brings it up. Vince leaving Gugino hanging at the end of the episode was classic Vince. He is strange(in a good way), you think he is an airhead and never paying attention to anything, then he busts out Dom stealing the Shrek doll, or comes through for Turtle with the Vandal Artist shoes, and now he is letting Ari hang himself or help himself with Median. Either way, it was a fun episode to watch. Ari and Lloyd has some hilarious interactions, especially the charades "conversation".

Did anyone see Batista walk in on the Undertaker at Smackdown? Big Dave crashed on the mic, it was bad. All he could muster was "Congrats, I want my rematch". Of course this was after about 3 minutes of jaw clenching and staring, so I guess his "statement" was just fluff. But still, it was pretty bad. Even Lashley could have come up with something better than that

QUOTE(juddling @ Apr 7, 2007 -> 01:42 AM) Just an odd wrestling note....former WCW/WWE tag team champ and MMA fighter Sean O'Haire got his butt kicked outside a bar the other night.........sound pretty bad butt-kicking The facts are not stacking up favorably for O'Haire(or just Haire, as the article states). The Bartender says he was trying to start a fight with the "assailant" all night, threatening him, there are numerous police reports of him starting fights in Hilton Head. Brantley threw one hell of a punch, thats for sure.

QUOTE(longshot7 @ Apr 6, 2007 -> 02:42 PM) People didnt leave because of the wrestling in the main event. They left because Ohio State was in the National Championship game and Raw was in Ohio. I'm surprised no one's mentioned it yet. How about that awesome ECW main event? Why would people pay that much to see Raw, only to leave for the championship game? Raw was off the air at 10, the game was over by then. One has nothing to do with the other ECW had an awesome main event? Oxymoron?

Revisiting Hawk Harrelson
Hawk has gotten on my nerves as much recently as he ever has. I grew up with him just like many others on this site, and I have heard his stories a million times and I know I am gonna hear them a million more before he is done. I feel much the same way that Flash feels about him, I appreciate him for his homerism and I know that when he is gone, im gonna miss him. Does anyone think Rally Crede would have gained superstar status on this website without Hawks heart attack/call on his extra inning homerun in 2005? How many of you say to yourself "Gaaaas" or "He gawn" when someone strikes an opposing batter out, or even going through the game threads when someone strikes out, there is an image on Hawk saying "He Gawn". He may be a biased, homer announcer. But he is our biased, homer announcer. And to say there arent other announcers out there who are as blatant homers as Hawk, you should watch Twins games through their announcers, they are just as bad. And how about Rex hudler for the angels and his million nicknames and pot smoking attitude? There are equals out there, if not worse.

The Office
QUOTE(KevHead0881 @ Apr 5, 2007 -> 09:40 PM) Big fan of tonights episode. If for any other reason, because it provided yet another classic Creed moment. I just about lost it when he was explaining his version of how the Roy attack went down to Angela. "And then Schrude hit him with a sock filled with nickels..." Creed puts 40 dollars in front of Michael Michael: I didnt loan you 40 dollars Creed: In a way, you did.

The Office
Yet another fantastic episode. Dwight was classic Dwight. Jims reaction when he saw Dwight making out with Angela was hilarious. Roy and Pam were a tad overdramatacized, but I guess it was necassary for closure. Michaels negotiation scenes were great, especially watching Toby's reaction when he was talking. Im really starting to like Darrell and how he doesnt care that he tells everyone about everything that happens in the office. If you think about it, everytime he gets a chance to publicly embarrass Michael, he has done it(ie. the vacation picture/email episode)

Walk in, get something to eat, take off. Section 112 I believe. I cant blame you. The food is great, and the lines were probably smaller. Im wanting some italian beef right now. Actually Im craving it
