Frank is such a sourpuss. Come on this is the chance of a lifetime, one that he will probably never be privy to again, and he blows it off. One day in the distant future he will look back on all this crap and realize what he is missing.

QUOTE(Brian @ Feb 8, 2006 -> 09:33 AM) That has been a problem, like free throw shooting, for SIU for years. Look last year in the 2nd round game on the tourney. They looked awful against the zone. Just kept swing passing and shooting bricks. No penetration, no hitting the gaps. Ugly stuff. Barry has had the Salukis number for about 4 years now. He sucks it up against all of the other MVC powerhouses, and they come out and whoop on the Salukis 2 out of 3 times every year. Last week during the Wichita St/SIu game, did anyone see the diaper dandy profile on Joshua Bone? Oh man, when he gets to SIU they are gonna be something else. Next year, with Jordan Armstrong and Chris Cornelius coming off the red shirt season and Bone coming in the Salukis are going to be big, strong, and they will be able to shoot much better. -

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 11:40 PM) Judging by the 509 previous posts on the subject in this forum alone I highly doubt this thread escalates into any sort of discussion. In discussing past discussions on this subject and the intent to nix any future discussion of the subject does that mean we are now discussing the subject? -
QUOTE(Kalapse @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 10:20 PM) 30 f***ing seconds into the interview and he's already dropped an F-Bomb. One f***ing word into the sentence and you are already dropping an F-Bomb

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 10:06 PM) Wow, this is the first I've heard of this rumor and I must say it is a doozy. I love Cantrerus and Die but if we can get a guy like Abrayou and a big time catching prospect (even if he is a little older, 28) in Glavis Floods we've gotta do it. DO IT KENNETH, do it. LOL! -

You can pick your ass. You can pick your nose. But NEVER, EVER pick your ass before your nose. Those words have never failed me.

No doubt steff. And probably with mathematical proof from a "source" that we are all leftist nut jobs and the world will be operated by cyborgs by the year 2011.

QUOTE(RockRaines @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 05:09 PM) Wheres RNW? "Roger Clemens is the best pitcher in the entire league, now" LOL The slick video presentation was also the best ever, with only the finest Bostonians (Ben Affleck and Stephen King) begging for his services. -
QUOTE(AirScott @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 04:34 PM) well the obvious was Orlando Hernandez's relief job vs. Boston when he came in with the bases loaded and no outs, but another great performance came against the Tigers, with us nursing a 2-1 lead in the 9th when Hermanson came on and gave up a lead-off triple to Pudge, then retired the next three batters to escape with the win. it was incredible to see Hermanson grind that one out. LOL, during the year! Not the playoffs!

LOL, I can almost see Juggs patting himself on the back and telling himself he is part of of the higher order of man. I love how this random personal quiz is his proof that we are all lesser than him. -

its cool to see people remembering moments and reminding each other as well as me. After the playoffs, my White Sox pitching memories from the season were basically the first four posts mentioned in this thread. Now that everyone is chiming in, I am remembering some great games and individual pitching performances.

QUOTE(Kid Gleason @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 02:02 PM) I've had 15 rabbits in my life. They can be grumpy, and are REAL easy to piss off. But they can also be great pets and are trainable to a litterbox like a cat. One of our rabbits had free run of the house, with two cats and a dog. Tell ya what though, if ol' Herman there decides he doesn't want to be held all of a sudden, and decides to do a "bunny kick", that guy is getting HURT! i know what you are saying, i have had those nice scratches underneath the ribs from cradling a rabbit the wrong way. Those back claws are vicious. i dont really dislike rabbits, I just wouldnt own one myself. It helps that I am really allergic to them also, it makes it easy to tell my daughter no.

QUOTE(RockRaines @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 12:07 PM) Rachel Mcadams, Tennage girls. Who DOES do it for you? Im not THAT picky. Rachel McAdams has a serious problem called "Fo'head Mo-lody" More Forehead than Body.

QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 12:43 PM) Well, we would already have won by 30 if Ben played any D. He's worthless. Does Skiles not remember last year at all? Why not let Ben take the last shot?? Hasnt Nocioni been one of the best 3 point shooters in the league all year? You know, if Nocioni had gone straight up and shot the ball, it would have been a foul and a 3 point chance at the stripe, Okur swiped right over the top of him when he pump faked.
-
QUOTE(Steve9347 @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 12:23 PM) Orlando Hernandez. Bases Loaded. 0 Outs. 'Nuff Said. we already had a thread on best postseason performance of a pitcher. This is for the season, not the postseason.

He looks so cuddly. My middle school friend used to have rabbits, and until I met him I never knew anyone that had one. It was then that I found out that bunnies are grumpy and can bite(through your palm) if they dont know you.
