  1. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Dec 12, 2011 -> 12:03 PM) Is that pick non-protected? Yeah, they've had it since like 2005.
  2. QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Dec 12, 2011 -> 12:03 PM) If Cutler doesn't get hurt they are probably 10-3 right now. So I don't really think that was bathing in kool-aid. They were playing well. You are earning some points back after the Rodgers baiting. Well done, sir.
  3. QUOTE (Jenksy Cat @ Dec 12, 2011 -> 11:36 AM) Cost them the game, but the Bears season ended a few weeks ago when the QB went down because Knox can't run a route. This.
  4. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Dec 12, 2011 -> 11:29 AM) Ok Ok, lets not get out of control here because GoSox05 is a Packers fan. Truth be told, he could be rubbing our noses in it and he hasnt. Recognize a little ribbing from him and let it go. Us bears fans are sore about yesterdays game, lets talk about how much Barber pisses us off instead That's what we were doing.
  5. I stand by my theory that Bruce Wayne as Batman will be kaput in this film.
  6. QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Dec 12, 2011 -> 11:26 AM) Why? No one in this thread has done anything but acknowledge GB's dominance this year. It's not good enough, apparently.
  7. QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Dec 12, 2011 -> 11:00 AM) I was mostly just giving Bear fans a hard time. Congrats. The whole f***ing world can see the Packers are 13-0 and haven't lost a game in a calendar year, and they are the reigning Super Bowl Champions.
  8. QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Dec 12, 2011 -> 10:53 AM) So you guys all love Aaron Rodgers? What is the point of this? Do I love Aaron Rodgers? No. Is he the best QB in the game today? Yes. Would Jay Cutler be kicking all ass in that offense? Yes. Would he be as good as Aaron Rodgers? No. We get it. The Packers are 13-0. However, you seem to only be happy if we anoint Rodgers the greatest QB of All-Time, which I'm not prepared to do at this moment.
  9. QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Dec 12, 2011 -> 10:39 AM) So Aaron Rodgers isn't that good? He just has really good WR. You need to improve your reading comprehension skills. His insanely loaded offense from top to bottom takes him from "great" to "best season of all-time". No one is trying to say that Rodgers sucks.
  10. David Aldridge @daldridgetnt 2 mins Reply Retweet Favorite · Open Per a source who has been briefed on NO-LAC negotiations, the Hornets have to choose between the Minnesota pick and Gordon. Can't have both. Gee, let me think on that one.
  11. Say what we will about wanting D12, but the Bulls really have a great core of players already. I highly recommend reading this column from Sam Smith, which near the end details how hard the players on the team have been working. http://blogs.bulls.com/2011/12/so-who-need...-not-the-bulls/

Fear Factor returns tonight. Man, I used to love that show. It'll earn a view from me.
  13. QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Dec 12, 2011 -> 08:50 AM) Cutler is a good QB, but I wouldn't call him insanely good. He's an insanely good QB. I'm sorry he doesn't meet the Aaron Rodgers approved level of insanity, but Cutler is a top 5 QB if he can ever stay healthy.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Dec 11, 2011 -> 09:05 PM) uh, yes I give up with the horrible writing on that show.
  15. QUOTE (Athomeboy_2000 @ Dec 11, 2011 -> 01:45 PM) I have two friends (married to each other) who have a son and daughter. They refuse to vaccinate their kids because they are convinced it causes autism. Well, they just found out Friday that their son most likely has autism (or is at a high risk of developing it). Autism is no laughing matter, but they are now scrambling to find a "cause". It must be the milk... or the gluten. Maybe he needs more vitamins. Am I a dick for finding this even a little funny? I enjoy the irony. Dick, horrible person, asshole... any of these would be fitting.
  16. This is all so strange. The Clippers offer the deal with Eric Gordon, and the league rejects, asking for Eric Bledsoe. This is even more fishy than one would have imagined. Apparently, the league is a-ok with a monster team being built as long as they haven't been monsters before... Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBA 1 min Reply Retweet Favorite · Open Eric Gordon isn't included in a revised Clippers-New Orleans deal for Chris Paul, league source tells Y! Sports. WWENBA
  17. Unless the league saw the offer, thought “what are they thinking!?!” because the league wants to see the Clippers do well, too, so they countered so the Clippers could keep Gordon? Then we have a whole new bag of problems.
  18. I don't get this... according to this article, the Clippers WANT to keep Bledsoe, and WANT to trade Eric Gordon? I don't see why this would EVER be the issue. I am very confused.
  19. This all proves how insanely good Jay Cutler is, obviously. Hopefully one of these years he can stay healthy when it matters.
  20. GM Gar Forman said that the Bulls are working with Derrick Rose's agents to finalize a five-year, $94 million extension. This is a formality, as the team has has already called it a "top priority" to accomplish. Rose has already stated that he has no interest in signing elsewhere, and this should be done rather quickly. Similarly to Kevin Durant, Rose has no interest in wasting the team's time in contract talks and wants to remain with the club long-term. Love this kid.
  21. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Dec 12, 2011 -> 03:26 AM) Wow... CP3 going to the Clippers. Deal is close. Eric Gordon isn't involved like in an earlier report(s). T-Wolves unprotected pick also going to Clippers. What a steal if it happens. CP3-Gordon-Blake (I'll also shoutout DeAndre Jordan) Unreal. Eric Gordon is involved, now, apparently. Note to self, have NBA own team.
  22. Apparently Dwight simply wants nothing to do with Chicago.
