Peavy has fluid in his shoulder
QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 16, 2010 -> 05:05 PM) Hopefully if it's just a few days he's being pushed back for, it's not a big deal. If it is a big deal, it was nice knowing you Kenny Williams. ...and it'll be nice getting to know Dan Hudson.

Peavy has fluid in his shoulder
QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 16, 2010 -> 05:04 PM) Seriously? What exactly is bothering him? White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen said Wednesday that Jake Peavy "has some things with his arm." In other words, he's hurting, which isn't surprising given the right-hander's uncharacteristically awful start. The White Sox are considering a few options, including moving Peavy's next scheduled outing to either Friday or Saturday. He is 5-5 with a 5.62 ERA through 13 starts this season.

Peavy has fluid in his shoulder
He's going to be pushed back for his next start according to Ozzie via 670 The Score. There is worry that surgery may be an option.

Champions!!!!
Wait, so we still think it's awesome that the Bears last championship was 25 years ago? I, for one, don't relish that championship seeing as I'm 27.

AND THAT'S A WHITE SOX WINNER!!!
We were all backwards thinking Gordon needed to be sent down to get his confidence back... the NL is basically the Minor Leagues anyway. I think nothing would be cooler than for Gordon to go like 2-3 with a BB on Friday night.

Beckham needs to be sent down
QUOTE (greg775 @ Jun 16, 2010 -> 12:44 AM) What if Beckham uses tonight as a springboard and actually gets hot? That would be nice. He could still recover and hit .260 this season if he got red hot. Man, I'll tell ya what, Stone Pony. Watching Gordon cross home plate felt good. No seriously, it was like relief came over him after that double and scoring. Three RBI in one night? Let's hope it is that springboard. My biggest disappointment of this season has been Beckham's struggles (as I'm sure everyone who follows the Sox). In fact, the two players I was most excited about (Beckham and Peavy) have been the most disappointing. Hopefully they are both ready for a turnaround.

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jun 16, 2010 -> 09:06 AM) I think the point bmags is making is not every single woman on screen needs to be a supermodel. Especially when we're supposed to believe they take pleasure in f***ing Jonah Hill.

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Jun 15, 2010 -> 04:44 PM) Who lifts their XBox while they are playing it? Well, I'm not saying people should powerlift their 360, but I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility for one to get bumped into with a disc inside, thus ruining said disc. You'd think if you were making a big deal about a relaunch of basically the same system with a bigger hard drive, you'd go out of your way to ensure the drive could sustain slight bumps or movement. Clearly, the issue is bigger than "oh well he was shaking it" since they put stickers on the system which I have never seen on a new 360 or PS3 before...- HAWKS WIN! HAWKS WIN THE STANLEY CUP!!
QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Jun 15, 2010 -> 04:51 PM) I WON THE CUP Oh and I think Steve and I should also get co-credits for the Rally Beard. Hawks always win the Stanley Cup when the rally beard is involved. This is true. The rally beard was clutch.- HAWKS WIN! HAWKS WIN THE STANLEY CUP!!
