Bulin had a down game...oh well. He's allowed to have some of those. Problem is the Hawks played like crap after the first 10 minutes of the 2nd. Hitting started to disappear, and their play got really sloppy. That's 2 straight games in which they've blown a 2 goal home lead. 7 straight losses, making it nearly impossible to make the playoffs now.

My dad is a die hard Cubs fan. But back when the new park opened, he split season tickets in the club level (4 of them) with his 2 brothers, just so we could all see some baseball games (i have 2 younger sisters). So starting at age 7, comiskey park was my home during the summer for the next few years with those season tickets. Easy enough to become a sox fan going that route. To this day my dad will talk to other people about the 'huge error' he made.

I just got done watching the DVR'd Illini/MSU game. That was about the ugliest 2nd half i've seen in a while. Had a 14 pt lead in the first half, and 11 going into halftime. Warren Carter in particular had a horrid game he was pretty damn worthless in the offense and on the defensive end. He made his free throws, that's about it. We scored 5 points in the first almost 15 minutes of the 2nd half, then made a late run to be within one possession after back to back chester buckets, one off a nice steal. Bears win does nothing to take away from a brutal 2nd half for the illini.

Are you going to the youngstars game then also? The skills competition is awesome, it's far better than any 'skills competition' in the other sports.

Sure, who wants to lose out on a recruit...but it's over and we should move on and just watch basketball. I know you know your stuff Aboz, your post, at least the tail end of it (which i thought was directed at all of us) just threw me off. Also, we all know i can't stand some of the 'illini' posters on here anyway.
