I use mine when I'm driving, and I like it a lot better than when I had an earpiece with wires. It's the law in Chicago, too. Can't drive while using a cellphone unless you have a hands-free device. There is absolutely no apparent enforcement of this, though. Every single day, I see several drivers talking, phone in hand, held to their ear.

The clubhouse alcohol bans seem to be a knee-jerk reaction to the Hancock incident. As has been mentioned above, his death had nothing to do with alcohol in the clubhouse. The players themselves need to make sure that they don't drink and drive. It's probably a good idea if the teams provide limos/cabs/town cars for players who have consumed too much. But it's not necessary to ban clubhouse alcohol.

I'm putting most of the blame on MacDougal. The whole collapse started with one of those patented Twins el cheapo singles, but MacDougal crapped the bed after that. I really felt that the game was over when the Sox lost the lead in the 8th. You have to hold a 4-1 lead late in the game. You have to win this game in that situation. If you don't win in this situation, you're not showing me any signs that you'll be playing come October.

Minny has had a lot of roadblocks thrown at them coming into this series. Lots of reason for us to be optimistic. This is what worries me so!
