Solid episode this week. Loved the dream sequences. Who all wants things to turn around for JD? Show of hands?

I honestly don't want to watch today. Too much of a chance that the game puts me in a bad mood, and I'm taking Mrs. Balance out to dinner for her birthday tonight. I can't be grumpy for that.

Average? How about.... Moribund? Foundering? Pathetic? Reeling? Smelling of crap? Work with me, here, folks.

I'm really beginning to think we owe an apology to that guy who posted the "FIRE SALE BY JUNE" thread.

That story was just too obviously right out of a right-wing wet dream. I join in the call of "Shenanigans!!!"

So, first in HR's, next to last in R's. We can't get anyone on base!!!

How can all the Sox hitters suck so bad, so far beneath what we all know they're capable of, all at once? It's like they're being zapped with some kind of alien suck-ray.
