  1. Jermaine...no wait!.....Teahen
  2. I don't know if this was already mentioned but....from the Yahoo game recap: The White Sox won back-to-back games with game-ending home runs for the first since J.C. Martin and Ken Berry did it in a doubleheader against Cleveland on July 25, 1967, according to Elias Sports Bureau.
  3. QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 24, 2010 -> 04:28 PM) And this ball game is over... LOL! Yes it is but not the way you were thinking (we all were thinking).
  4. I'm suggesting a schedule change for MLB. Much like the Harlem Globetrotters play the Washington Generals every game, the White Sox and Pirates should have a 162 game season.
  5. QUOTE (longshot7 @ Apr 23, 2010 -> 01:05 PM) It was ROWAN and Martin's Laugh-In btw, not Rowland. Yeah, I believe it was Aaron ROWAND too, not Aaron Rowland.
  6. QUOTE (Flash Tizzle @ Apr 23, 2010 -> 10:03 AM) Is this Rowland any relation to Aaron Rowland, former White Sox CF? I don't think so, but I heard he's the son of Dan Rowland of Rowland & Martin/Laugh In fame.
  7. I was banned there once (for being a "dark cloud"). I was a regular there and didn't know about Soxtalk. It got to where I couldn't stand the nazi-like way that place was run and I thought there must be another Sox message board.
  8. I found my wife in a thrift store.
  9. QUOTE (Middle Buffalo @ Apr 20, 2010 -> 10:25 PM) This is as good a place as any to ask what I can eat to assure the biggest "load." My wife is out of town, and I want to surprise her with my performance when she comes back. I ask only because this is probably the second weirdest thread I've seen here. Tuna salad......with plenty of hard boiled eggs.
  10. Yes. I went to games by myself a lot in the late 60's and early 70's and always had a blast. One time I sat practically right next to Harry Caray when he was broadcasting a game from the centerfield bleachers....good times! Go have a great time and for sure as docsox24 said, keep your pants on.
  11. sigh......The Bulls played a good game. Noah, my god, what more could he do? Lebron was lights out down the stretch and Moon burying 3's....s**t. I'm proud of the Bulls though. They can't hang their heads, that's for sure.
  12. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Apr 18, 2010 -> 09:32 PM) I was just comming here to post this but you beat me to it. Hawks management (namely McDonough) keep that disgusting cursed Cubs team away from the Hawks.
  13. Alright!! Now to win Tuesday AND Thursday!
  14. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Apr 16, 2010 -> 10:09 AM) I still say I am 2-0, if not for someone stepping on my toes, we would have had a 4 game winning streak! All good things come to an end. Well, Buehrle can't win EVERY time. But this team is worrying me.
  15. I sure like the outfield. It'll be fun to see how Gonzalez does, too.
