It is in this type of scenario that it is unfortunate that a team just can't cut a player loose and terminate his contract like teams can do in the NFL.

Teams I would like to see Frank hit 500 against: 1. Cubs (probably won't happen) 2. Yankee$ 3. Red Saux 4. Injuns 5. Twinkies 6. Barry Bonds (I guess he plays on a team)

It's too bad the A's don't play the Cubs. I would love to see Frank slam 4 homers in a game against them.

With the double+ teaming on Smith, I think this is where the Panthers really miss Mushim Muhammed. Though I guess the Bears really needed somebody to take David Terrell's spot.

Provided that the Seahawks do not punt the ball to Smith again (new strategy punt toward the sidelines/away from Smith) we could have 2 games today that were pretty much decided by halftime.

IMO, Anna Benson is not really much to look at. Particularly when we have Mrs. Pods to look at.

I think Redding might have a shot at a bullpen spot. It is just a gut feeling. Or maybe the s***s are coming back... KW usually finds one diamond in the rough every year (Loiza, Pablo, Etc). Redding at worst could replace Jon Adkins.

And here I thought Rotoworld would finally publish the rumor that Ron Santo, in order to pad his stats for the HOF, would be playing 3B for the Cubs on opening day.
