Sox have the most attractive team in a year that they could basically pick anyone and they hire an old drunk dinosaur. Frustrating.

This whole manager saga is just getting weirder and weirder with a sad twist now. For the first time in my life I am embarrassed as a Sox fan.

I actually really like Jorgensen. I wish we had a 3rd party in this country...I would like a more fiscally conservative/socially aware party. This would align with myself more.

Yuck to Tuck. I agree that the Dems need to take a long hard look at themselves. They kind of just muddled through this and didn't really have a plan outside of we aren't Trump....which depending on how it shapes out still might not work to beat Trump. I am curious what the Rep Party does PT (Post Trump). Do these Qanon people keep going? Do they get the same response with out their leader? Do they Trump kids want to keep the train going? It will be interesting for the next 4-8 years to see how it shakes out. But 100% agreed Dems need to decide on a platform.

It is trending in that direction. If the small possibility of Biden winning all of PA, GA, NV & AZ is there...I hope it happens. Just so that his contention of the results will be much more difficult for them to spin since the EC will be a much greater spread.

Agreed...recounts will happen where needed. But I saw in the FiveThirtyEight chat that while recounts are common...reversals in recounts are extremely rare.

Latinos in Florida are different than the rest of American Latinos because they mostly come from Cuba and the Dominican and they have a different viewpoint of socialism compared to Mexican Americans. Far-left agendas would scare off Florida Latinos from Miami. Not saying Biden is far left...but Trump did a good job in scaring him that he was.

I agree with all of this 100%. Hopefully that was already discussed. I will be much happier with TLR if the replacement is in the dugout as the bench coach.

It doesn't matter how we perceive it. It matters how the clubhouse and potential FAs perceive TLR and how he views minority players and "showboating." I am more concerned about losing the clubhouse and having players being interested in joining the team. If he doesn't effect any of that then it could potentially be a good hire.

Agreed...there is a reason bunting is lost. It is a waste of an out. Now if you want to HIT the other way against the shift I am down for that. I believe White Sox had the most hits the other way of any team last year, so I think their offensive approach isn't that bad outside of lack of contact sometimes.

The trades have to come to fruition for the rebuild to work, hence getting the better record and winning the award this year. And hitting on Keuchel & Grandal is actually a pretty big deal...more so than missing on EE, Mazara, Cishek.
