I hate when refs try to make themselves a big part of the game like they are in the Purdue/Northwestern game right now. People are here to watch the teams, not the guys wearing stripes.

I finally got around to watching Public Enemies last night. I don't think it was a great movie, but I enjoyed it enough. Certainly worth watching if you haven't seen it, although I don't think it lived up to the hype I had heard.

Looks like Chris Allen is out for Michigan State's first game of the Big Ten Tournament for "not meeting responsibilities to his teammates." Assuming the Gophers can beat Penn State, it seems like everything is in place for them to be able to make some sort of run if they play to their ability. Of course, they're still the Gophers, so we'll probably lose to Penn State with Taylor Battle scoring 30 points.
