For anyone who didn't see it, he didn't want to leave and didn't look hurt. Hopefully it's nothing.

I am trying to run a test taking program for school. I've never had a problem before but now it says there is a WMI error. The software company tried to fix it but it didn't work and all they can suggest is reinstalling Windows. Is there anything else I can do that doesn't require me to be a complete computer geek?
