  1. Bauer then Stroman.
  2. This team was probably a year ahead of schedule. Rick Hahn tried to move this up to a contender in the off season by bringing in pieces where we were weak at DH, RF, and SP. Dallas worked, the rest didn't. I think now we have another years worth of data and information to go off of going into next year. Getting Kopech back will be a nice shot in the arm, and after the playoffs I have zero doubt they figure out a way to bring in another top half starting pitcher. it will be interesting to see how they budget for 2020, but overall I am pretty happy with this year, past the obvious sting of losing. If you had told me before this season that this team would have qualified for the playoffs even under pre 2020 standards I would have been thrilled.
  3. Its going to be Marshall. He was still going hard before the last out.
  4. Holy hell what a circus catch
  5. Wow, Nomar with the clutch game.
  6. Bummer was done. He was missing by a lot. Same with Heuer.
  7. At some point a pitcher is going to have to step up if we want this. In the meantime the offense needs to go to work.l,
  8. For the record, the Sox have left Cease Marshall Fry Colome Cordero And then you are down to Giolito and Dallas.
  9. IBB allows them to yank Rodon.
  10. Well, good thing Eloy wasn't in LF.
  11. Rodon is done if he doesn't get Semien.
  12. This was the downside of yanking Dunning so fast. You hope that everyone can give the extra time behind him, but both Bummer and Heuer were already losing sharpness. Crochet was the big loss there.
  13. Per ESPN broadcast
  14. That is a big donut for Oakland. They really needed at least one there.
  15. Yeah, he was obviously looking for mulitple innings there.
  16. Bummer is getting fatigued. He is losing his touch.
  17. I will say this much, once Mazara started being willing to work oppo, things have looked better for him.
  18. Don't stop this interview!
