Seeing this list makes me wonder if this is why there are so many changes that have happened in the drafting/scouting areas. That list is loaded with pretty recent additions. My other thought is I wonder if this is a response to the inevitable loss of at least one minor league team in our organization. That is essentially 1 team's worth of players.

It was back when things were more league-centric and they did more to keep a sort of separate but equal between the leagues. They also used to do the same with hosting the WS and the ASG.

I think his lack of rankings internationally is due to the fact he hasn't been cleared to sign yet, but I am going to guess he would be really close to the top of the list based on his tools. The kid could be a star as either a hitter or pitcher.
