But we get the pretentious guilt trips from Bono only to find out he is as much of a greedy bastard as anyone else, but a hypocrite on top of it.

My gut feeling is that Soto is resigned with a minor league contract... if not, it will be a similar type of move. I don't think the Sox will really spend (either money or prospects) anything significant in the catching position. I really believe they think Collins is a year or two away.

The team looks like it is building depth for his move, after pretty much saying that they didn't consider him a part of the core going forward. For me 2+2 =4.
