My answer as a fellow NW INer is to listen to 780 AM and check the traffic report. Distance-wize it is way quicker through the city, but if you are talking about AM, it is rush hour, which would suck, and most likely the tollway would be quicker (you do have IPASS/IZOOM right?). If you are talking about PM, go through the city for sure.

So they end up 3 yards back of where they would have had the ball after the punt, and they didn't even have to hand the ball to Forte to do it...

So they tried a pass, a run up the middle, and a pitch, and got nothing. There isn't much playcalling that is going to save you if your RB fumbles twice in two carries on the goal line. The Bears need a physical back who can get a yard.
