Even if you believe the 7% number show every single person that is juiced (and Oswald was the only shooter too) that means just over one person per team is juiced up. If you go way conservatively towards Caminiti and Canseco's estimates, and say 20% are juiced (still half of Caminiti and Canseco estimated) that means about 4-5 players are cheating. That means 4 or 5 guys we talk about on a daily basis are on illegal preformance enhancing substances, and that is being pretty conservative IMO.
