What a beautiful inning for the Sox. Almost everything was back up the middle or the other way. A couple of pitches pulled that were on the inner half of the plate, as they should have been. An inning like this is much more impressive to me, than a couple of 3 run HRs.

I was more looking at the fact that he has had an era under 4.51 TWICE in the last 10 years, including 5.77 and 4.89 in the last two years. I tend to go with the 10 year sample size, vs the 6 week one.

Umm there is a couple issues with your post. No one has ever pitched more than one perfect game. Also Nolan Ryan and Hideo Nomo have never pitched perfect games, only no hitters.

Honestly I can think of one other guy, and that is Anthony007. The 3 of you are like the Ralph Nader supporters of the world.
