And actually the problem you were talking about with all of the fund raisers that go on, is a problem that the group is running more and more into, espesially with unemployment and wages were they are in NW Indiana right now. Basically if you aren't working a $7 service job, you are either unemployed or very afraid of being unemployed.

OK I'll start. Fund raising. I absolutely HATE asking people I know for money, even for a good cause. Our youth group bowl-a-thon is coming up, and I haven't been able to get myself to do anything for it. To any of those out there who do this kind of thing, how do you do it effectively???

You guys are missing the forest for the trees here. Corseball was a mentality. You are always going to have mistakes. Even the best managed teams have them. This team is giving heart and effort. IMO you need that cerebral, deep thinking, level headed personality as a benchcoach. For whatever reason, JM had no people management skills what so ever. But as a benchcoach you only need to be able to be thinking something that the manager isn't, and be able to inform him.
