My best advice as a short white guy is to get low. Get underneath somebody. Keep your center of gravity (basically your legs and hips) below a big man. Dump some 6 footer on their ass, and they will think twice about pushing you around. At that size you obviously can't compete stength-wise. So you just have to be smarter, and meaner.
