He is a career minor leaguer who is getting to play because of injuries. He has had two cups of tea in the majors (97 and 02 I believe) in which he did nothing.

They keep getting his pitch count higher with every start. When they were keeping him around 100-105 he looked much better than now when he has routinely been over 120. JMO.
