Good news on Fabio Castro
They signed 40 year old Ruben Sierra to serve as a pinch hitter so I'm sure Darrell May has a pretty good shot of making their team.

Cintron fitting in with new mates
Nomo throws only 85 MPH, has a wacky wind-up that is not conducive to holding runners on base (they will run on him all day long), and has been a starter his entire career. I really don't see him working out as a reliever. Worth a try I guess.

Good news on Fabio Castro
Maybe, but it looks to me like Darrell May is going to be their lefty out of the bullpen. He's having a good spring so far.

Who will be 2nd on the team in steals?
Iguchi. If Uribe tries to steal, he will finish the season with more caught stealing's than stolen bases.

Juan Gonzalez to the Red Sox
It wouldn't be dumb at all. The Reds have needed pitching FOREVER. Even without Pena, their offense would still be one of the best in the N.L. They could just throw Hatteberg at 1B and keep Dunn in LF. Then their outfield would be Dunn, Griffey, and Kearns. Or they could throw Dunn at 1B and stick Freel in LF. They would still have a very good offense even without Pena. Without an improved rotation, they will never win anything.

What is the word on Boone Logan?
http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb...t=.jsp&c_id=cws Seeing Logan's name lumped in with the rest of our bullpen guys makes me think they are serious about him making the roster.

Hehe, since when was Podsednik's arm any good to begin with?- Sox-Brewers Official Game Thread
Yep, it would be nice to see him pitch again today. He made short work of those three Flubs yesterday and I don't think he threw very many pitches.- Sox-Brewers Official Game Thread
Clayton Richard, our 8th round pick from last year. He's a big lefty who also played QB at the University of Michigan. Freddy was scratched but he's not hurt or anything. It might rain and they don't want him pitching in those conditions. Dave Bush is pitching for the Brewers. They acquired him from the Blue Jays in the Lyle Overbay trade this offseason.- Duque hurt?
