I'm using prescription/OTC drugs to determine whether or not I'm having symptoms. Can I breathe after I take xanax? If I take allergy meds, does my stuffy nose and headache go away? If the answer is yes, proceed as usual If the answer is no, call my doctor. That's how I'm handling it. The other thing is that I'm prone to getting dehydrated as during times of stress and anxiety I forget to drink fluids. so that leads to dry mouth/sore throat and headaches as well. I'm trying to watch myself on that.

Again, this is not an overreaction. There is a 7-10 day incubation period with this thing where people are contagious and don't even know they're sick. I'm to the point that city governments need to start assigning shopping/banking hours to neighborhoods and that nobody go shopping outside a 5-10 mile radius in urban areas. If anything, this isn't going far enough. I thought of going out today to deliver food to people, but even with social distancing, coming into contact with that many young people who without sick leave that puts me and my family at risk. I don't have to do it for my livelihood, so I won't.

Jerry gets a bad rap because he likes to spread around his money instead of go for the splashy guy. Banks are considered essential. I have family in Italy, they said that Banks, Grocery Stores, and Pharmacies are the "essential services" at the very least that I know of. I'd imagine keeping the internet running is going to be a huge deal. What's going to be interesting is if our network infrastructure will be able to handle the increased load. For everyone's safety, I'd consider going cashless.

Not doing it tonight because it's late, and I had to clean my car, but the plan is on starting tomorrow during the evening. I have to limit it to evenings because I have no idea what's going to happen to my supposed workplace after this is over. Can't risk losing my gov't benefits. Guys, I am an Uber Eats driver and my local area needs me now more than ever. I'm going to tell my customers that I'm planning on leaving their order on their front porch and communicating via phone or text. I will leave each order on their porch and will.leave after they wave to me to acknowledge the order has been received. I'm doing a deep cleaning of my car interior and will do so every day. I feel like going out there is an important public service. Wish me luck.

It should have been done a week ago, but I digress. I mean, the enemy of people taking this seriously this is lack of information. I wasn't overly concerned until I asked my aunt who is a nurse about it. She said to do research and after that I realized shit was about to hit the fan. I went from a 1 on the alarm scale to a 6 or 7 almost immediately after doing research.

This is fucking awful in so many ways. I have no words.
