I don't think that the FL/AZ plan is realistic because of the weather in both places. If it was a realistic option, I'd think it was possible to have a partial season. IMO the only way they can do this is if they could play in each team's home park and charter an extra plane or two for team personnel. Maybe they could play minor league games in FL at the ST ballparks and the WWOS complex.

Yes you can. You make an initial plan and adjust where necessary as you get more/new data. It's like planning an itinerary for a visit to Europe in the summer, but you don't know which summer you're actually going to do it. You have a plan for June, July, August, September....etc. It's called being prepared. Then when you are ready to pull the trigger you have everything ready.
