I will pull for Frank except against the White Sox. I hope he does well against everybody except the Sox.

It will probably be hard to get 18 wins again, I would have to agree with the assessment of 15 wins or so. However I hope I am totally wrong and he wins 20 or more games.

The thing that gets me is that Cub fans remember Harry Caray as just being with the Cubs and nobody else. He was with the Sox before the Flubs. The Cubs wouldn't know what World Series memorablia is! I always liked Harry Caray as an announcer and remember for being with the White Sox.

I wish Frank the best. He should get a standing Ovation when he plays the Sox. In my opinion, retire the number then. I hope does well, except when he plays the White Sox. (no offense to the Big Hurt or any Sox fan.) He will always be remembered as a White Sox. I miss him already.

I think Detroit improved themselves but not enough to make a serious run for the division. They still have a long ways to go. Our White Sox are even stronger than last year.

I remember that very well all to well. The Sox were extremely close to moving to Tampa. I remember I was moving from Michigan to Texas at the time and as I crossed the Illinois border, I was hoping for someone to save the Sox. Well the Sox stayed in Chicago and all these years later I am still grateful for the night the clock stayed at 11:59pm to get the deal done.

I don't think Pete Rose should be reinstated. Heck he lied about betting baseball after denying it all these years. I used to think he should be reinstated until it turned out he lied about the whole thing Reinstate Shoeless Joe yes, Pete Rose No.

I am glad they are letting Cuba play in the WBC. It has been a while since I heard anything on that issue, and decided to check the board and see if anything developed. Thanks a bunch for keeping us up to date!

I like the one put out by the Tribune and also the one by the Sportingnews, both are good but I think I like "The Pride of Chicago" by the sportingnews the best. It has regular season pictures in it as well. Both bring back wonderful memories of a season that will live forever with White Sox fans.
