The sox should have won more in the early 90s. They were too cheap to pony up for that player to get over the hump. All they did was recycle players that were done or did nothing at all. It was the same in 2000. When instead of getting a pitcher they try to recycle ken hill
Its not the random quotes. Its the attitude of defeat that is shown and how hahn is prepping for a soft landing. He could say we are working hard to make things happen or whatever in that sense...
And I said that Saturday and got blasted.. Hahn knows he's out.... Whatever... But don't tell me you'll be at it next year cause it will be the same story. Sox are ran like a 1970s team... I love the sox. But I can live without them. At this point in life its just a game played by lil b****es wanting a shit load of money
I hope the sox gets this done. But thinking about it sox did right. If you go and offer 10 300 million right away Lozano is gonna want more. From what rabbit posted the other day it seems Lozano is a pain in the ass and very frustrating to work with. That said the sox can't be outbid here.
I actually think we're out. Watching some of the clips on Hahn I got a feeling of yeah, but what if we strike out.. Like hey be prepared for disappointment.. That's just me.. As I said before I've set my bar really low
