Soxtalk encourages a free discussion between its members, but does not allow personal attacks, threats, graphic sexual material, nudity, or any other materials judged offensive by the Administrators and Moderators. 4. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jan 20, 2006 -> 11:21 AM) LOL....I don't think there was any rule against nominating yourself.... That's how PA got into the categories that he did..... Unfortunately they don't just hand out awards to us regular posters like they do to admins: Heads22: Cicrus Midget Award Most likely to be found in a bathtub with Jason Gage Award
  5. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Jan 20, 2006 -> 09:53 AM) Hey, PA, how did you figure out how to vote more than once?! and yet, I'm still losing
  6. QUOTE(NorthSideSox72 @ Jan 20, 2006 -> 08:46 AM) You seem to have an unhealthy obsession with "mr_genius". His rates are fair.
  7. another vote held hostage because of a lack of mr_genius....
  8. I'm holding my vote hostage until Mr_genius gets put on here...
  9. As Shawn White nears puberty, is it just me or does Carrot Top grow increasingly weirder to compensate? :puke
  10. what the hell was that supposed to be???
  11. by the way, I think Rex and others have been doing a good job around here.
  12. QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 09:22 PM) Yeah, hes gotta deal with assholes like me. God help him. ah...nevermind
  13. QUOTE(kevin57 @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 09:01 PM) I have to confess (hehe) that I'm not 100% up-to-date on the, what I think are, various forms of "morning after" pills. If such a pill would simply prevent conception (sperm meeting ovum), then 'okay.' If it would prevent implantation (fertilized egg from uterine wall), then not so 'ok.' that's the tricky part. There's no way of knowing when you catch the process. I think in cases of emergency, go ahead and use it, but if you're doing it because you're "not ready for a kid" that's a bad thing. (but actually a great thing... I don't want someone like that to HAVE a kid)
  14. I found a site: legalzoom.com I've already had a sit down with a lawyer, but his advice was just go through one of those sites. Our S Corp would be just two people and not a whole lot of frills.
  15. QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 07:45 PM) I'm going to remember this. , that's funny
  16. So it sounds like S Corps are quite advantagous for a partnership between to people who are sole owners of the corporation and want to avoid double taxation, no? anyone know of a good website to file papers through?
  17. I love huge jpgs in posts................
  18. anytime I have friends over and I'm playing music, I figure as long as I hand out to my friends playlists with author, artist, song title, year of publication, and publisher...all in MLA format, I don't sweat it. I mean, it works for research papers with books, magazines, web sites, and other publications, why can't it work for music? because that industry is money hungry? oh ok.
  19. QUOTE(Reddy @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 06:16 PM) Reddy thinks that sox4lifeinPA's goal of being the funniest person on soxtalk is definitely gonna happen Reddy? Reddy who? I'm sorry but PA doesn't know a "Reddy"
  20. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 05:49 PM) I do not annoy anyone. I can't recall a time when "Bigsqwert" and "needling" were more polar opposites
