While he is a rental, he is quite a bit more talented and has a more attractive history than anyone else on the market. I see what you are saying, but I still don't think its automatic. There is always discretion and without knowing what he said, its impossible to say its automatic. I was ten yards away and was kind of baffled by the whole situation at the time. Maybe I am biased, but I still think most people would have gotten away with it.
