I want so much, for Colas to succeed, but damn if he isn't hard to watch. I'm sure the organization has done fk all to help develop him, but still...

Glad we were acting like we had Cy Young as our available pitching trade piece, and shunned offers that were probably moreso in line with what would be expected.- Game Thread Palooza Day 1.....Cease vs Dunning
5 and dive (if we're lucky) Dylan.- Game Thread Palooza Day 1.....Cease vs Dunning
Cease looking great so far. Eventually, he'll record an out.- Liam TJS
Glad we rushed him back, without any Spring Training build up. Hell of an organization.- Who gets a Look in Aug/Sept
So we're just going to play another game tonight, a man down on the roster. Makes sense. Bad team made even worse, by handicapping themselves. Morons.- Who gets a Look in Aug/Sept
Seby grades out pretty well defensively, and this team could do with all of the defense it can get, right now. He sucks at hitting, we know that, but I'd rather him catch and at least provide defense, instead of Grandal who provides neither.- Who gets a Look in Aug/Sept
Let Lenyn play every day, tell Elvis to GTFO, and let Remi float between 3rd and 2nd, as needed.- Burger To Marlins
Please, lets not pretend there is even the most remote semblance of defensive prowess between Burger and Moncada. I am tired of Moncada, as much as anyone, but there is NO comparing the 2 in defensive ability.....- Giolito & Reynaldo to LAA. Update: Angels put on waivers
- Grade Rick Hahn's Trade Deadline Performance
For the moves that WERE made: Hahn nailed it. I hate to ever give him credit, but I love all of them. You can question the timing on the Burger move, but...otherwise, the returns were good. Look at some of the crap other teams got back in trades. For the moves that WERE NOT made: I'm frustrated. This was the time to admit your (Hahn) build had failed, and you were willing to do what it took to get in position for another. Instead, the middle of the road organization decided to........go middle of the road, and sell of the pieces folks knew were being sold (sans Burger), but not be aggressive about moving other pieces that would have really set up the future.- Giolito & Reynaldo to LAA. Update: Angels put on waivers
I can't stand Rick Hahn like most people, but....the moves that WERE made this deadline, I strangely like every single one of them.- Giolito & Reynaldo to LAA. Update: Angels put on waivers
Goodness.....9 er so far, and homers a plenty.- 8/1- White Sox at Rangers, 7:05
"Retool for 2024" as Mr. Hahn says. Because this team is good enough to bring back.- 8/1- White Sox at Rangers, 7:05
2 for 22, 12 K's tonight. "Retooling for 2024"- 8/1- White Sox at Rangers, 7:05
They are just pacing themselves, because Hahn said we're retooling for 2024.- 8/1- White Sox at Rangers, 7:05
Scholtens has thrown 5 innings of 2 hit ball, on the road against a really good offensive team. And it definitely feels like the game is over.- 8/1- White Sox at Rangers, 7:05
29 million at the minimum, owed to Mr. Glass. Sickening- 8/1- White Sox at Rangers, 7:05
8 K's in 4 innings against the vaunted Andrew Heaney.- 8/1- White Sox at Rangers, 7:05
Texas has 1 guy under a 760 OPS..... White Sox have 2 guys OVER a 760 OPS.- 8/1- White Sox at Rangers, 7:05
We mastered the art of playing with a shorthanded roster, why would they want to replace guys that were traded, right away?- 8/1- White Sox at Rangers, 7:05
Hey, we finally found a good spot for Beni at lead off, lets go ahead and move him down in the order so TA's feelings won't be hurt anymore. Hate this damn organization.- 8/1- White Sox at Rangers, 7:05
What a complete jagoff. - Game Thread Palooza Day 1.....Cease vs Dunning
