I will say, after spending a lot more time reading this stuff over the course of the past year or so, I do think things have improved over where they used to be. That is probably due to the mods/admins doing a good job of enforcing rules and the posters getting a good sense of what those rules mean and how they are enforced.

Since when has any political forum been able to not be snarky? It's the nature of the subject matter.
