I noticed after a really tough workout yesterday at the gym my nipples have hurt since.Iam guessing that its from my sweatshirt rubbing up against them.How the hell do I prevent something like that?

I kinda sing alot so my singing isnt exclusively in the shower. I usually listen to sports talk radio when Iam in the shower,so Iam cursing and yelling most of the time at those idiots.

The fact that Swisher is getting a pay raise after that wonderful performance makes my stomach hurt.But I guess thats not THAT much money to be giving a bad player.Fukedome makes me feel better about Swish,honestly.

You cant say NO movie have ever made you cry because you would be lieing.There is movies you just cant help but get teary eyed. Mice and Men Powder Million Dollar Baby Remember the Titans Just to name a few that got the shipster a little emotional.

There is a guy that I see often riding his bike down Ashland ave and will hold on to the back of moving cars.It looks like he is a second away from death when he does it.It is a quick way for his transportation but its f***ing nuts.

That new show Testees is a god awful show.It made me sick to my stomach when the guys got turned into women.
