Facebook has replaced my personal web page portal that I previously built and maintained. Much easier. I do miss the almost complete control I had from my old "start page", but FB works fine for that.

What qualities would you look for in someone that would? Injury history? Consistency of seasons? Age? Conditioning? Attitude? History with a team / town / organization?
