Busy day for Boras. I'm wondering if the kid is thinking "I could blow my arm out tomorrow and if I sign for millions less than I could, I would never recoup those millions".

T-Shirt Idea
If you are using any trademarks, most reputable shops will stay away. Screen printing is easy. Walk into a shop and they will help you out all the way. Each shirt, depending on quantity and the number of different colors, will set you back about $5 to $7 each. Your screen costs and art work development will be from free to maybe $100. Ask at a local high school who does theirs.

Podsednik is bad at baserunning
Not specific to the pick off at 3rd. When you only have a couple guys who can actually run, they need to be more aggressive. Getting picked off is a price to pay for that aggressive play.

In Ozzies Shoe's: The Lineup Card
QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Aug 12, 2009 -> 05:25 PM) Your a genius.... Or Should I say: You are a genius And I feel pretty strongly that someone will be sitting a lot in September if the team is in the chase. Ozzie will take the next two weeks to find a line up he has confidence in, and it will be used a lot the final four weeks. I just do not see the mad tinkerer moving guys all around down the stretch.

QUOTE (chunk23 @ Aug 12, 2009 -> 05:30 PM) Rios seems to be better suited hitting in the 2 spot. Put Beckham at the 3 hole. He should also be in CF. What are you doing Ozzie? He's not wanting to make wholesale changes. Depending on who is being rested, I believe Rios may find himself batting almost anywhere in the order. Lead off, third, or sixth.

Small game. Check out the new guy. I hope he doesn't put too much pressure on himself.

In Ozzies Shoe's: The Lineup Card
QUOTE (Tex @ Aug 12, 2009 -> 02:24 PM) The more I look at it, the more I think whose spot Rios takes in the OF is where he will bad in the line up. Just drop him in. There are valid reasons for anywhere in the lineup. The 3 spot is the least likely. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Aug 12, 2009 -> 05:17 PM) Well, Rios is our new 3 hitter, apparently. Who had that?
