  1. Looks like Chicago could be affected in the long term - interesting.
  2. She helped to kill her sister and she gets out. Truly a deal with the devil.
  3. QUOTE(Goldmember @ Jun 9, 2005 -> 03:56 PM) ninja turtles... I loved the turtles! As Sleepy said, "Cowabunga dudes!" heehee
  4. The only one I have - Paul Konerko Alternate Jersey
  5. I thought I remembered them have an "easier" interleague schedule last year...
  6. And not so holy Shredder:
  7. QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Jun 9, 2005 -> 01:39 PM) That's the thing. I can see b****ing out Wirtz, he sucks, yeah, I think everybody knows that. But the level of hockey is nowhere near as good on the AHL level as it is in the NHL level. Even the Hawks play a much higher level of hockey than a team like the Wolves... I won't disagree about the quality of play, but I admit there are times where I found ECHL much more exciting than NHL. Mostly because you see these guys go balls out because they WANT to make the show more than anything (I rarely see that kind of heart in the NHL - sometimes, but not as often). To each their own though on this.
  8. QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Jun 8, 2005 -> 11:43 PM) Fine, then don't go to Hawk games. I get a student discount and a ticket for $7 bucks, to see much better hockey -- whether or not you agree with it, the AHL pales in comparison to the NHL. As does MLB VS AAA baseball. AHL is basically AAA and ECHL is AA (basically). Yeah, there are a few has beens and never will bes, but I still enjoy AHL and ECHL.
  9. I always miss the uprisings, don't I? DAMN ORTHODONTIST!!! (By the way, the band brackets SUCK!!!!!)
  10. I'll believe hockey will be on in the fall when I am sitting at the computer listening to either a Canes or Sens game. (It will also mean our original honeymoon plans will go through if hockey is back.)
  11. QUOTE(aboz56 @ Jun 7, 2005 -> 07:00 PM) Oh, ME, might as well just upgrade to XP dude. ME sucks royal ass. Yes it does. We had ME on our last computer and I swore I was gonna kick Bill Gate's ass for letting that POS OS out the door. We have XP on this 'puter and so far so good.
  12. Good luck!!! This is the year of the baby it seems - Brian's SIL is due in September, his cousin-in law in August, 2 friends had babies earlier this year, 2 others are due at the end of this year and a bunch of posters at another board I frequent are expecting babies. Good luck and may everything be A-okay!!
  13. QUOTE(winodj @ Jun 8, 2005 -> 10:28 AM) Every time I want my ants to leave, I just start playing my rock n roll music loudly. They just gather up my uncles and head out. Works every time. LMAO!
  14. QUOTE(Texsox @ Jun 8, 2005 -> 07:51 AM) Another great song. Let us not forget Last Kiss I liked that song - my mom hated it...now I understand why I liked it so much lol.
  15. A friend of mine who just moved out to SD to live with her boyfriend will be there (all three games I think she told me).
  16. As Chisoxy said, RIP and condolances to Mel.
  17. We have a similar problem, but it is in the kitchen only. We mop the floor at least once a week and add ammonia (sp?) to the floor wash. We also mop the counters at least once a day. We also use ant traps. I also found out that when you squirt them with window cleaner that has ammonia, they die instantly (the little bastards shouldn't have pissed me off damn it!). lol
  18. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Jun 6, 2005 -> 09:12 PM) OK, guilty secret: I do love that song. It's a nautical thing I guess. I like it as well and admit to singing with it on the radio yesterday lol. On that note, I am saddened that there is only one episode of "Deadliest Catch" left.
  19. QUOTE(danman31 @ Jun 8, 2005 -> 01:19 AM) Blame the NHL lockout. They've been desperate to fill timeslots. The could have picked up the ECHL finals or the current AHL finals instead of spelling bees or mathbees (or whatever you want to call them). to the Everblades, Wolves and Phantoms!
  20. QUOTE(farmteam @ Jun 7, 2005 -> 05:53 PM) So far, my favorite quote has been: "The winner will win a scholarship, a trip to space camp in Alabama, and a computer!" Back in high school, had I had a chance to win that (or actually win it), I would have been ecstatic. Heck, I think I still would be lol.
  21. Chocolate (which is weird because while I like chocolate, I don't usually get cravings for it). Also veggies (yellow squash, zucchini, peppers, carrots, celery, cucumbers and lettuce).
