With the limited resources and scouting budgets already made available by JR...this seems like such a huge risk if you have a big swing and miss. It's certainly gaining a lot of attention. Just the money for the buscone/agent alone is life changing. He seems to be at that age the equivalent of Yordan Alvarez for his age...but how does that project to any premium positions at such an early age? Is it enough validation that the Yankees were already in on him? How much of this is the piggyback effect? The last time the organization won a signing battle this high profile was Luis Robert, Jr.
