Verlander 0-2, 5.84 ERA in the 2nd half of the road. Looks to be going 0-3, ERA over 6 after tonight in Anaheim. Hasn't won since the middle of July. Rocked again. This trend will come into synergy with all the good Chris Sale home vs. road splits at USCF next WED. Greinke vs. Anibal Sanchez tmrw, btw. And the Iowa Hawkeyes (my alma mater) suck. Ferentz is starting to become more overrated/overpaid than Ozzie Guillen.

Somehow I have a feeling Greg775 must have thought this game would be at 6:05 p.m., lol. No comments yet from him.

It's a good idea statistically, but will never be adopted. If they had the choice between skipping a start at home versus on the road, it would be pretty clear cut where he prefers to start, though.

Holy hell... Thank god he was out at home. That might save the game. Viciedo with another good play in combination with Ramirez. Could easily have been a 5-4 game and goodbye to the game in all likelihood. Seems 90% of the time after you blow the bases loaded situation the other team fights back in the following inning.
